TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company will endevour to supply any goods ordered within the delivery time quoted at the point of order, based on the delivery time of the manufacturer concerned. Should delivery time be extended for a period exceeding 21 days the customer wil be entitiled to terminate the contract by written notice to the company and will be refunded any deposit paid.

Price is subject to Value Added Tax at the applicable current rate at date of delivery.

Any shortages of, or damages to goods that should have been obvious on delivery must be notified in writing to the company within 7 days of delivery.

Special delivery times cannot be guaranteed. It is the customers responsibility to ensure reasonable access for delivery of the goods.

The company cannot undertake to assemble or dismantle goods without charge.

All goods remain the property of the company until cleared funds for the full amount of the transaction have been paid to the company and delivery of goods have been made to the customer.
